About this Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when Sovereign Signatures, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) refunds the membership fee for Sovereign Signatures (the “Membership Fee”), what happens when an interview is rescheduled or missed, and how cancelling works.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Words defined there have the same meaning here. Nothing in this Refund Policy takes away any right to a refund you have under the law.
1. When You Pay
You pay the Membership Fee of $444 when you join, not at your interview. It covers your interview, your Sovereign Signature and a year of access to your console.
2. Refunds Within 14 Days
If you ask within 14 days of paying, and your interview has not yet taken place, we will refund the full Membership Fee.
After 14 days, or once your interview has taken place, your first year cannot be refunded.
3. Rescheduled and Missed Interviews
You can reschedule your interview once at no cost, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before it starts.
If you reschedule with less notice, reschedule a second time, or miss your interview, there is a $60 rebooking fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the interview counts as missed.
If our practitioner misses your interview or cancels it, for any reason, we will book you another session at no extra cost.
4. Automatic Renewals
Your membership renews automatically each year until you cancel. We will remind you by email before each renewal.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your console: open Manage membership and choose to cancel. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. We do not refund part of a year when you cancel.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at tcf@ruggedelegance.com from the address you used to join. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
A full refund ends the membership it paid for straight away.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve things faster. If a charge is disputed, the membership it paid for is cancelled. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the membership is restored for the rest of the period it paid for.
8. Free Memberships
Founding, gifted and partner-community memberships are free, so there is nothing to refund. They never turn into a paid membership unless you choose to pay.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. We will tell you about a material change by email or in your console before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date above shows when this Refund Policy last changed.
