Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Sovereign Signatures, Inc. when you use Sovereign Signatures.

Last updated October 16, 2026

Agreement to our Legal Terms

We are Sovereign Signatures, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Delaware corporation.

We operate the website sovereignsignatures.ai and its partner-community sites (the “Site”), the member console, interviews, Sovereign Signatures and any other products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Sovereign Signatures is a membership that helps people understand how they think and connect. Each member is interviewed by one of our practitioners, receives a Sovereign Signature drawn from that conversation, and uses it in their console with Coach, Translate and the Mesh.

You can contact us by email at tcf@ruggedelegance.com.

These Legal Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Sovereign Signatures, Inc. about your access to and use of the Services. By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you may not use the Services.

The Dispute Resolution section contains an agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions. Please read it carefully.

We may update these Legal Terms as the Services change. We will tell you about a material change by email or in your console before it takes effect, and the “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Legal Terms.

The Services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. People under 18 may not use or register for the Services.

1. Our Services

The Services are offered from the United States, and memberships are charged in US dollars. They are not intended for use in any jurisdiction where that use would be against the law. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following local law.

The Services are not a healthcare service. Your Signature is a tool for reflection and connection. It is not a psychological assessment or a diagnosis, and it is not medical, legal, financial or career advice. Please do not rely on it, or on anything the Services produce, as such advice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the Sovereign Signatures framework, the archetypes, Signatures and reports as we prepare them, our source code, databases, software, website designs, text and graphics (collectively, the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks and logos in them (the “Marks”). The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in the United States and around the world.

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the “Prohibited Activities” section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to download or print the parts of the Content you have properly gained access to, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are free to share your own Signature.

Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in these Legal Terms, no part of the Services, Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, translated, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. To ask for any other use, email us at tcf@ruggedelegance.com. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Your feedback

If you send us a question, comment, suggestion, idea or other feedback about the Services, you agree that we may use and share it for any purpose without compensation to you.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete; (2) you will keep that information accurate and update it as needed; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms and will comply with them; (4) you are at least 18 years old; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, such as a bot or script; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or close your account.

4. User Registration

You need an account to use most of the Services. An account is for one person; do not create one for someone else without their permission. Keep your sign-in details confidential: you are responsible for all use of your account. Tell us at tcf@ruggedelegance.com straight away if you believe someone else has used it.

5. Purchases and Payment

A membership costs $444 a year, in US dollars, paid when you join. It includes your interview, your Sovereign Signature and a year of access to your console.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and we accept the cards Stripe’s checkout offers. We never see or store your full card number. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep your email address and payment method up to date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you. We will add sales tax where we are required to collect it.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for your membership at the price in effect when you buy it. We may correct errors in pricing, even after we have asked for or received payment, and we may refuse or cancel a purchase that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

6. Membership and Renewal

Billing and renewal

Your membership continues and renews automatically each year, charged to the card you paid with, until you cancel. You consent to our charging that payment method each year without asking you to approve each renewal. The length of your billing cycle is one year.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your console, under Manage membership. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. When you can get a refund is set out in our Refund Policy.

Fee changes

If the price of a membership changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Free memberships

Some people have a free membership: founding members who joined before paid membership began, people we have given a membership to, and members of partner communities whose membership includes a free first year. A free membership lasts for the period we tell you, and never turns into a paid one unless you choose to pay.

7. Interviews and Your Signature

Your Signature is drawn from a conversation with one of our practitioners. Interviews are recorded and transcribed so that we can prepare it.

Your interview is included in your membership. You can reschedule it once at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule with less notice, reschedule a second time or miss your interview, there is a $60 rebooking fee, and if you are more than 15 minutes late, the interview counts as missed. If our practitioner misses your interview or cancels it, for any reason, we will rebook you at no extra cost. The details are in our Refund Policy.

We use AI tools to help analyse your interview and draft your Signature, and our team reviews it before it is released to you. It appears in your console once it meets our quality bar. Occasionally an interview does not give us enough to release one; if that happens, we will talk with you about next steps.

8. Coach and Other AI Features

Coach, Translate and the readings in the Mesh are generated by AI, using Signatures and what you type. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgement, and do not treat its answers as professional advice. We keep your conversations so that you can return to them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. The Mesh and Other Members

The Mesh helps members find each other. You choose whether you appear in the member directory and who can see your full Signature, and you can withdraw a share at any time.

What other members share with you is for getting to know them. Do not copy it, publish it or use it to market to them without their permission. Your dealings with other members are between you and them; we are not responsible for what other members say or do.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the one for which we make them available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • systematically retrieve, scrape or bulk-download data or other content from the Services, including other members’ information, to build a collection, database or directory;
  • collect members’ names, email addresses or other details to send them unsolicited messages;
  • trick, defraud or mislead us or other members, or impersonate another person or member;
  • get into accounts or information that are not yours, or circumvent, disable or interfere with the security features of the Services;
  • harass, abuse, intimidate or threaten another member, a practitioner or anyone on our team;
  • upload or transmit viruses or other material that interferes with anyone’s use of the Services, or place an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to them;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Sovereign Signatures framework, the archetypes, Signatures or reports, or decompile or disassemble the software that makes up the Services, except as the law permits;
  • use the Services to build or support a competing product or service;
  • sell or transfer your account or your access, or share your sign-in details with anyone else;
  • submit false or misleading information about yourself; or
  • use the Services in any way that breaks the law.

11. Your Contributions

What you share with us, including your interview, your profile and your conversations in the console (“Contributions”), stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your Contributions.

You give us permission to host, store, process and use your Contributions to provide the Services to you and to the members you choose to share with, and to improve our framework, following our Privacy Policy and your settings. When we study patterns across members, we use combined information that does not identify you.

You are responsible for your Contributions. They must not be unlawful, harassing or defamatory, infringe anyone else’s rights or privacy, or include another person’s private information without their permission.

12. Referral Program

Referring others for a commission through your Wisdom Beacon is governed by our Referral Program Terms, which you accept before you take part. They cover who can take part, how commissions are earned and paid, and refunds, disputes and taxes.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on, and may link to, services run by others, such as Stripe for payments and the providers you can choose to sign in with. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Services Management

We may, but are not required to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms, including reporting them to law enforcement; (3) refuse, restrict or remove access to any part of the Services or any of your Contributions; and (4) otherwise manage the Services in a way designed to protect our rights and property and to keep them working properly.

15. Privacy Policy

We care about privacy and security. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have, and it is part of these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the United States.

16. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You can stop using the Services at any time. To have your account and information deleted, see our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Legal Terms, put other members, our practitioners or our team at risk, or use the Services unlawfully. If we close your account, you may not create a new account without our permission.

17. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, update or discontinue parts of the Services. We work to keep the Services available, but we cannot guarantee they will be available at all times: we may have hardware, software or other problems, or need to carry out maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays or errors.

18. Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19. Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiations

If you have a dispute with us about the Services or these Legal Terms (a “Dispute”), please email us first at tcf@ruggedelegance.com. You and we agree to try to resolve any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before starting arbitration.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve a Dispute informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for the Disputes excluded below. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and your fees will be no more than those rules allow. It may be conducted by video, by phone, on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live.

If a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

Restrictions

Any arbitration will be limited to the Dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent the law allows, no arbitration will be joined with any other proceeding, and no Dispute may be arbitrated or brought as a class action or in a representative capacity on behalf of others.

Exceptions to arbitration

The following are not subject to arbitration: (a) a claim either of us may bring in small claims court; (b) Disputes about the protection or validity of either party’s intellectual property rights; and (c) claims for injunctive relief. If any part of this section is found to be unenforceable, that part of the Dispute will be decided by a court as set out above.

20. Corrections

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in descriptions and pricing. We may correct them and update the information at any time.

21. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS, AND YOUR USE OF THEM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES, YOUR SIGNATURE OR ANYTHING GENERATED BY AI WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS.

22. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS; IF THOSE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THEM MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless, including our officers, agents and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party because of: (1) your breach of these Legal Terms; (2) your violation of the law or of a third party’s rights; or (3) any harmful act toward another member you connected with through the Services. We will use reasonable efforts to tell you about any such claim when we become aware of it.

24. User Data

We keep the data you give the Services, and data about your use of them, to run and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We back it up regularly, but except as the law requires, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of it.

25. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Using the Services, sending us emails and completing online forms are electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you by email or in the Services satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions made through the Services.

26. California Users and Residents

If a complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

27. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Legal Terms, that is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations to others. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Legal Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
